<strong>Waiters/Waitress</strong><strong> – Eastern European Nationals</strong><p><br></p><strong>Tasks, Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> To actively promote the services and facilities of Hotel to guests and visitors.</li><li> Record order of guests following departmental policies and sequence of service.</li><li> Serve all food courses and non-alcoholic beverage items to guest in accordance with departmental standards and functions requirement.</li><li> Promote positive guest relations at all time.</li><li> Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond accurately to any guest inquiry.</li><li> Handle guest complaints by following the instant pacification procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction.</li><li> Acquire knowledge of sequence of service of all F&amp;B outlets.</li><li> Practices ‘Yes I Can’ attitude</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Minimum 2 years in the same position in a 4/5 star hotel.</li><li> Natural attitude towards providing excellent quality service.</li><li> Good command of English Language.</li><li> Able to work under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging work environment.</li><li> Age – 20 to 27 Years</li><li> Weight – 50 kg to 60 kg</li><li> Height – 5’ – 6’</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Salary QAR. 1600 / – + Accommodation + Meals + Transportation </strong><p><br></p><strong>Skills</strong><p><br></p>server<p><br></p>By applying you confirm you have these skills.<p><br></p>{{( (data.isCarriBrandActivated &amp;&amp; mode === ‘CARRI_ONLY’) ? ‘Apply Via Chat’ : ‘Apply’) | translate}}
