Hotel Chief Engineer (Pre-Opening)

<p><span>Syed Fayyaz Group (SFG) invites individuals with strong hotel engineering experience to join our Group as we establish our first hotel property. We are an active owner and manager of a diverse and growing real estate portfolio. We are currently building a midscale international branded hotel in Muscat that is due for completion in January 2024.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>The role will start immediately and the candidate must be comfortable to supervise the work on site.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>The candidate will report directly to the General Manager and be a pivotal role in completing the property on time. This includes dealing with all of the specialized contractors on site, as well as reviewing the requirements for further capital expenditure.</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Robust understanding of the operations and maintenance of all hotel engineering aspects, including: MEP, HVAC, Boilers, Fire Safety, BMS, Kitchen, Gas and Laundry equipment.</li><li>Ability to review and comment on all MEP plans.</li><li>Knowledge of materials and preventive maintenance of FF&E.</li><li>Supervise the execution of all the mentioned items on site.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>Minimum 10 years experience in hotel engineering, including hotel pre opening experience.</p>
