<p><strong>Role Purpose</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Maintenance and upkeep of all issued and created Technical Documents generated in support of the Utilities and Asset Management department activities – all documents to be catalogued and uploaded to the department Share Point platform. Coordinate access and updating of all Technical Library documents.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES &amp; ACTIVITIES :</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Be responsible for the online Technical Library.</li><li> Facilitate the receipt and content assurance of all documents to be loaded into the Technical Library.</li><li> Coordinate the issuance of documents requested for information.</li><li> Develop Technical Library structure.</li><li> Maintain and facilitate access/read/write requests.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client and staff information.</li><li>Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.</li><li>Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.</li><li>Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Experience :</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li> Proven experience in technical documents administration</li><li>Proficient in MS Office &amp; SharePoint</li><li> Proficient in ACONEX and other Project related document control systems.</li><li>An analytical mind with problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Good communication</li><li>Ability to work under pressure.</li><li>Ability to work on their own.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications :</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li> Minimum – Diploma (Administration related subject)</li><li>Ideal – Bachelors’ Degree (Administration related subject)</li><li>Engineering qualification an advantage</li></ul>
