The platform is the only</span><span> </span><span>solution in the world that is specifically creating a common protocol for sustainability</span><span> </span><span>compliance.</span><span> </span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Your Responsibilities Will Include</strong></p><ul><li><span>Define testing scope, automate tests, organize and review the automation effort of other feature team members.</span></li><li><span>Work closely with the Developers to understand the features technically</span></li><li><span>Create test design and test cases for developed User Stories and bugfixes</span></li><li><span>Create the automation scripts and review the scripts created by Developers</span></li><li><span>Maintain and improve the Automated script library for the team</span></li><li><span>Collaborate in the QA process maintenance and improvements</span></li><li><span>Identify improvements areas and propose solutions (process/technical)</span></li><li><span>Participate in technical decisions</span></li><li><span>Perform manual check of the developers work when needed</span></li><li><span>Assist in mentoring and provide assistance to other Feature Team members to understand the Automation Framework</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.</span></li></ul><li><br></li><p><strong>Ideal Profile:</strong></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).</span></li><li><span>Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role.</span></li><li><span>Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and QA methodologies.</span></li><li><span>Proficiency in manual and automated testing tools and frameworks.</span></li><li><span>Experience with test case management and bug tracking tools.</span></li><li><span>Solid knowledge of software testing techniques and best practices.</span></li><li><span>Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.</span></li><li><span>Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.</span></li><li><span>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</span></li><li><span>Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</span></li><li><span>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><span> </span><strong>What’s on Offer?</strong></p><ul><li><span>Work within a company with a solid track record of success</span></li><li><span>Flexible working options</span></li><li><span>Work alongside & learn from best in class talent</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Please apply via </strong>https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdRTCMY1v04xmjQRrgAltVDOFsdsiH5w0_zLXYriNgDHxmDnQ/viewform</p>
