Zevo Health is specialised in delivery research-based wellbeing programmes within workplaces globally.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the role:</strong></p><p><strong>Due to continual growth and client demand, we are developing our network of clinical affiliates in Casablanca:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide best practice therapeutic sessions to individuals over the phone, videoconferencing and/or chat in collaboration with our technology platforms.</li><li>Utilise short-term, solutions-focused interventions including, but not limited to, CBT, ACT, SFBT, DBT, etc.</li><li>Assess cases for evidence of trauma related to exposure to graphic content and follow Zevo Health escalation procedures accordingly.</li><li>Assess and manage risks of harm to self and/or others, including minors, where necessary.</li><li>Adhere to psychological governing/licensing bodies’ professional and ethical guidelines.</li><li>Support with the delivery of on-site group sessions aimed at enhancing resilience, developing healthy coping skills, and fostering healthy working relationships.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>The Person:</strong></p><p>You are a licensed/accredited/registered mental health practitioner with the appropriate local, national, or international professional governing or licensing body*.</p><p>*Depending on jurisdictional law on Protected Titles, applicants may be required to be licensed by a State or Provincial board or governing body to work in that jurisdiction. E.g., Psychologist is a protected title in Ontario therefore, you must be licensed by the College of Psychologists of Ontario to work in the province. If you are licensed in a different province, you must apply to the College to obtain licensure. It is the responsibility of the applicant to show proof that they are licensed appropriately if required.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Relevant Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Masters or Doctorate level Counselling Psychology and/or Clinical Psychology</li><li>Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counsellor (LCPC), etc.</li><li>Masters or Doctorate level psychology disciplines such as Health Psychology, I/O Psychology, etc.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Clinical Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Working with adults providing</li><li>individual counselling/psychotherapy</li><li>Supporting individuals at high risk of developing mental health difficulties</li><li>Diversity experience working with individuals from different cultural backgrounds, in the LGBTQIA+ community, BIPOC and other minority populations, etc.</li><li>Experienced providing video-conferencing counselling/psychotherapy</li><li>Experienced in risk assessment and crisis intervention with the support of a Clinical Lead</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Gain as a Zevo Health Affiliate Practitioner:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop your technical savvy</li><li>Join a network of like-minded professionals</li><li>Receive ongoing Continued Professional Development and supervised support</li></ul>
