Job Description

Lithe Transformation is currently seeking an experienced C# .NET Developer to join our team and contribute to an exciting project in the pharmaceuticals industry. As a C# .NET Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining software applications that support critical business processes and enhance operational efficiency. This is a 9-month initial contract with the potential for extension. The work can be carried out remotely from anywhere in Tunisia<p><br></p>Responsibilities:<p><br></p><ul><li>Software Development: Design, develop, and implement high-quality software applications using C# .NET, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.</li><li>Application Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance and bug fixes to ensure the stability and optimal performance of existing software applications. Troubleshoot and debug issues, and propose effective solutions.</li><li>Database Integration: Integrate software applications with databases, ensuring seamless data flow and efficient retrieval of information. Develop SQL queries and stored procedures to interact with relational databases.</li><li>Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough unit testing and participate in system integration testing to ensure the reliability, functionality, and security of the developed software. Identify and address any defects or performance bottlenecks.</li><li>Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, design documents, and user manuals. Ensure that documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives. Provide regular updates on project progress and actively participate in team meetings and discussions.</li><li>Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to C# .NET development. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions.<br></li></ul><p><br></p>Requirements:<p><br></p><ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.</li><li>Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in C# .NET development, including web application development using ASP.NET MVC or ASP.NET Core. Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.</li><li>Database Skills: Proficiency in working with SQL Server or similar relational databases. Experience in designing and optimizing database schemas, writing efficient queries, and performing data manipulation tasks.</li><li>Frameworks and Technologies: Solid understanding of the .NET framework and associated technologies such as Entity Framework, LINQ, and Web API. Familiarity with front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.</li><li>Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business requirements, identify technical solutions, and implement them effectively. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a keen attention to detail.</li><li>Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</li><li>Pharmaceutical Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the pharmaceuticals industry, including relevant regulations and compliance considerations, is desirable but not mandatory.</li><li>Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
