Road marking Engineer

Job Description

<p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>The Road Marking and Signage Engineer shall be responsible for delivery of technical inputs and outputs in accordance with the Project requirements</li><li>Liaise with Road and Traffic Design Review Teams, Client technical team and design consultants as part of the design management task;</li><li>Assist is the development of Standard details and solution associated with multiple highway projects</li><li>Coordination of design review tasks as they relate to road signage and markings</li><li>Assist in the development of baseline set of standards for road signage and markings</li><li>Review of designs for compliance check with relevant standards</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Experience Required</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Minimum of 10 years’ experience in highways and/or traffic engineering with particular experience in the design of Road Markings and Signage</li><li>Experience on major highways projects in UAE or GCC</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Skills</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Graduate qualification in Civil/Highway/Traffic Engineering</li><li>Strong base in Traffic/Roads Engineering</li><li>Have demonstrated technical competence in the design and documentation of Markings and Signage on major highway projects in UAE</li><li>Have demonstrated self -management and communication skills</li><li>Specific experience required in applying and/or developing different standards of Road Signing and Markings as per standards</li></ul><p><br></p><p>UAE Driving License mandatory</p>
