<p>We are looking for individuals to join our team at Silver Oak Properties as a Property Consultant. If you want to be a part of the ever-growing Real Estate market in Dubai, Apply Now!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>· Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions.</p><p><br></p><p>· Finding clients in need through cold-calling, Provided leads, advertising, and business presentations.</p><p><br></p><p>· Updating Leads in the CRM on daily basis.</p><p><br></p><p>· Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.</p><p><br></p><p>· Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale.</p><p><br></p><p>· Developing strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to buy.</p><p><br></p><p>· Conducting negotiations with the clients.</p><p><br></p><p>· Communicating with Marketing, Accounts team to prepare sale documents.</p><p><br></p><p>· Meeting your sales goals as assigned.</p><p><br></p><p>· Following-up with the Sales managers on Regular basis.</p><p><br></p><p>· Undergoing training if required.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Criteria:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Immediate joiner present in UAE</p><p><br></p><p>Driving license preferred</p><p><br></p><p>Experience in real estate industry</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Support we offer:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Fixed Salary + commissions</p><p><br></p><p>Marketing Support</p><p><br></p><p>Sales Trainings.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Send in your resume at : Mayuresh@silveroak.ae</strong></p>
