A Lobby Ambassador with Waldorf Astoria Hotels &amp; Resorts is responsible for making the guest feel at home by extending a warm welcome, assisting the in the lobby and later give them a warm send off. A Lobby Ambassador would also be required to have extensive knowledge of hotel offerings. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:<p><br></p><ul><li>Extend warm welcome to the guests</li><li>Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely and efficient manner</li><li>Ensure knowledge of hotel and all products</li><li>Escort guests</li><li>Follow correct reporting procedures if faced with issues</li><li>Adhere to Waldorf Astoria grooming standards</li><li>Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation</li></ul><p><br></p>What are we looking for?<p><br></p>A Lobby Ambassador serving Waldorf Astoria Hotels &amp; Resorts is always working on behalf of our guests and working with other team members.
