<p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>Reporting to Production Support Team Manager</span></li><li><span>Ensure safety, integrity and availability of mechanical static and lifting equipment via various maintenance programs and tools.</span></li><li><span>OFFSHORE experience is required.</span></li><li><span>Willing to work in the UAE on resident status</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>Educated to degree or equivalent standard in engineering based discipline.</span></li><li><span>10+ years minimum offshore experience</span></li><li><span>Relevant offshore / onshore experience of hydrocarbon processing, utilities plant and associated legislation.</span></li><li><span>Knowledge of operating and maintaining a wide range of equipment in remote environments.</span></li><li><span>Team management experience running a multi-discipline team of maintenance engineers.</span></li><li><span>Working knowledge of rigging and lifting methodology.</span></li><li><span>Experience in the use of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).</span></li><li><span>Excellent oral and written English communication skills.</span></li><li><span>Computer literate, working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Main Duties & Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>Deliver no harm (People, Asset, Environment and Reputation) Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) performance in accountable area by embedding safety leadership culture for self, team members and contractor for all maintenance activities.</span></li><li><span>Deliver planned and unplanned activities under the respective areas with strong emphasis on work preparation (materials, tools, manpower, work pack and optimisation) within schedule without compromising on safety and quality in order to achieve good reliability and technical integrity performance.</span></li><li><span>Provide a lead role in the maintenance and upkeep of, but not limited to cranes, anomalies, fabric maintenance, pipelines, pressure vessels, building maintenance, aviation facilities and rig jacking systems.</span></li><li><span>Develop strategy, review / approve procedures, procurement of material / fabrication, planning and oversee the execution onboard Dive Support Vessel for subsea repairs. </span></li><li><span>Deliver maintenance activities within budget and actively explore opportunity for value for money, increase in safety, productivity and efficiency.</span></li><li><span>Actively explore improvement opportunities in the form of new technology / method / material for maintenance, plant change, maintenance task improvement and equipment surveillance / monitoring with the aim to enhance safety and integrity, reduce cost, improve reliability and deferment performance.</span></li><li><span>Responsible Person for Helideck / Helideck Facilities Safety Critical Elements Performance Standards.</span></li><li><span>Interface with workshops vendors and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) regarding equipment overhaul / repair both in house and external repair facilities.
