<p><span>We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Drafsman to join Dubai based contracting company. </span>The individual having the position of Draftsman will work closely work with the architects and engineers to gather product and structural requirements and designs. They calculate dimensions, weight limitations, and material requirements, and create detailed designs using AutoCAD software. They also prepare diagrams, maps, and layouts to illustrate workflow and review rough sketches with the engineering team. Drafter’s responsibilities include identifying potential operational issues, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards, and creating manuals that describe product operation, features, and maintenance.</p><p><br></p><p>ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p><p>• liaise with architects and engineers to gather product and structural requirements and</p><p>designs</p><p>• develop CAD drafts based on project design requirements</p><p>• coordinate with Engineers to develop engineering change notices</p><p>• coordinate with the construction team to develop new CAD drafts</p><p>• recommend design changes to existing construction plans</p><p>• maintained documents of revised construction details</p><p>• ensure that base plans are in accordance with code compliance</p><p>• participate in preparation of plot plans and survey drawings</p><p>• Calculate dimensions, weight limitations and requirements in materials</p><p>• Identify potential operational issues and redesign products to improve functionality</p><p>• Ensure final designs comply with regulations and quality standards</p><p><br></p><p>QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS</p><p>• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering;</p><p>• Proven work experience as a Drafter or similar role</p><p>• Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software</p><p>• Familiarity with 3D modeling tools</p><p>• Good math skills</p><p>• Ability to meet deadlines</p><p>• Specialist Diploma in M&amp;E Coordination, will be an advantage.</p><p>• UAE Driving License will be an advantage</p><p><br></p><p>BENEFITS:</p><p>• Medical Insurance as per company policy;</p><p>• Desktop;</p><p>• Paid annual leave of 26 working days;</p><p>• Annual ticket allowance of 1,500 based on reimbursement, eligible after completing 1</p><p>year of employment.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
