<p>We are looking for an open-minded, <strong>German-speaking Sales &amp; Business Development Manager</strong> to join our growing team at Adler &amp; Partners. We are a Corporate Service Provider helping individuals with Company Set up &amp; Residency processing as well as offering further services such as Company Auditing, Accounting, Golden Visas, Business Bank account opening and Real Estate investment advice in the UAE. </p><p><br></p><p>As a Sales &amp; Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in identifying sales opportunities, building strong relationships and selling our company’s corporate services to German-speaking and international clients. It’s an exciting opportunity if you love networking and building relationship, and if you pride yourself with great presentation and negotiation skills, accuracy and customer orientation.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve assigned sales targets within the German-speaking market.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients through regular communication, meetings, and presentations.</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of our corporate services and industry trends to effectively showcase the value and benefits to clients.</li><li>Identify and pursue potential leads through market research, networking, referral partners, and other relevant channels.</li><li>Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to German-speaking and international clients, highlighting the unique features and advantages of our offerings.</li><li>Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit their individual requirements.</li><li>Negotiate offers and sales contract terms with clients, addressing any concerns or objections, and ultimately closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.</li><li>Consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealing.</li><li>Daily utilize our CRM system to track and manage leads, prospects, and sales activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.</li><li>Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to management regarding market conditions, client feedback, and sales performance.</li><li>Create and send quotations and invoices, calculate gross profit for each proposal, and maintain client folders with relevant client documents.</li><li>Collaborate closely with internal teams and business partners to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process.</li><li>Support the creation of marketing strategies including blog topics, social posts &amp; videos, website updates, newsletters and marketing campaigns.</li><li>Cross-collaborate with the performance marketing team for lead generation activities, providing detailed feedback about the lead quality.</li><li>Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Business/ Management or related field</li><li>Must have driver’s license (can be converted in UAE diver’s license)</li><li>Minimum 1 year of UAE work experience</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German</li><li>Proficiency in English</li><li>Proven track record of successful sales experience</li><li>Strong customer service orientation with a passion for building and nurturing client relationships</li><li>Motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a proactive and tenacious approach to sales</li><li>Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales deals, addressing client objections and concerns effectively</li><li>Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling and persuasive sales pitches.</li><li>Highly independent and self-driven, with the ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively</li><li>Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment</li><li>Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Google products and other sales-related software</li><li>Good time management and organizational skills</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>The Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive base salary and tax-free uncapped commission</li><li>Office parking &amp; transportation allowance</li><li>Company phone and phone plan</li><li>Visa and medical insurance</li><li>30 annual vacation days</li><li>Office in the heart of Business Bay</li><li>Regular company wide team events</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Office location: Bay Square, Building 7, Office 503, Business Bay</p><p>Working hours: Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM</p><p><br></p><p>If this sounds like the opportunity you’ve been waiting for and you possess the skills and qualifications outlined above, we’d love to hear from you!</p>
