Job Description
<p><strong>Consultative Selling:</strong></p><ul><li> Understand prospective clients business challenges and requirements, and effectively communicate how our ERP solutions can address their specific needs.</li><li>Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our ERP offerings.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales engineers and consultants, to provide accurate and comprehensive solutions to prospective clients.</li></ul><p><strong>Sales Cycle Management:</strong></p><p> Qualify leads and opportunities based on established criteria and prioritize efforts accordingly.</p><ul><li>Develop and deliver persuasive sales proposals and negotiate contract terms.</li><li>Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, needs assessment, solution design, contract negotiation, and closing deals.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualification :</strong></p><ul><li>Proven track record of success in ERP or enterprise software sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.</li><li>Strong knowledge of ERP systems, including functionality, implementation processes, and industry best practices.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and close sales opportunities.</li><li>Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for exceeding sales goals.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Job : ERP Sales Manager</strong></p><p><strong>Location: </strong><strong>Saudi Arabia</strong></p><p><strong>Language : </strong><strong>Arabic</strong><strong> Speaking(Mandatory)</strong></p><p><strong>Experience: 8+ Years</strong></p><p><br></p>
