<p>ElNour Corporation for Import is Hiring Immediately for the Main Warehouse in Inshas, AlSharqia Government – Behind Obour City.</p><p>ElNour Corporation for Import is a leading company in the cars spare parts industry.</p><p><br></p><ul><li>From 9 Am : 6 PM</li><li>1 Day Off.</li><li>Transportations from the meeting points in Cairo to the Warehouse in Inshas.</li><li>Social & Medical Insurance.</li><li>Quarterly incentives & bonuses.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities</p><ol><li>Employee Management and Labor Relations:</li></ol><ul><li>Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.</li><li>Handle employee issues, manage conflicts, and resolve work-related problems.</li><li>Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance.</li></ul><p>2.Legal Compliance and Policies:</p><ul><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws and local regulations in all aspects of work.</li><li>Implement and enforce HR policies fairly and consistently.</li></ul><p>3.Recruitment and Selection:</p><ul><li>Advertise job vacancies and conduct recruitment and selection processes to identify suitable candidates.</li><li>Conduct interviews, assess skills, experience, and qualifications of candidates.</li><li>Training and Development:</li><li>Identify training needs for warehouse employees and implement appropriate training programs.</li><li>Provide guidance and support for employees regarding career development and professional growth.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.</li></ul><p>4.Performance Management and Evaluation:</p><ul><li>Implement a performance management system, providing guidance and feedback to employees.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate employee performance, identify development and training needs.</li><li>Participate in developing job plans and setting performance goals for employees.</li></ul><p>5.Strategic HR Planning:</p><ul><li>Contribute to developing HR strategies to meet the warehouse’s needs and strategic objectives.</li><li>Analyze workforce and identify quantitative and qualitative staffing needs, provide guidance on recruitment and training.</li></ul><p>6.Legal Compliance and Policies:</p><ul><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws and local regulations in all aspects of work.</li><li>Implement and enforce HR policies fairly and consistently.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications</p><ol><li>Education: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically preferred.</li><li>HR Knowledge: Strong knowledge and understanding of HR principles, practices, and laws is essential. This includes knowledge of employment laws, compensation and benefits, recruitment and selection, performance management, and employee relations.</li><li>Experience: Previous experience in HR roles, particularly in Factories, Construction Sites or Warehouses is mandatory.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective communication</li><li>Problem-Solving and Decision-Making</li><li>A collaborative and approachable nature, along with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders, is essential.</li><li>Attention to Details.</li></ol>
