Are you seeking new and exciting career opportunities?<br><br></strong><strong>Here is what you need to know about the job:<br><br></strong><strong>Job Description<br><br></strong><strong>Job Descriptions<br><br></strong>Follow up orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery<br><br>Assist in the Product Development process to ensure that products meet customers’ quality and budget requirements<br><br>Maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production<br><br>Arrange sample submission to customers for approval<br><br>Handle merchandising related documents<br><br>Draft sample instruction, check sample yarn and dimension<br><br>Negotiate price &amp; timeline, prepare cost sheet and T&amp;A<br><br>Co-operate with Design Team in product development and provide information about yarn, accessories and production situation<br><br>Update market situation with Design Team<br><br>Manage of development and orders, follow up production and the delivery time frames<br><br>Price negotiation, sourcing suppliers to meet requirements and advance cost effectiveness<br><br>Communicate and prepare meeting with suppliers/buyers for USA customers<br><br>Responsible for fabrics sourcing and development of high end ladies wear<br><br>Set up and run a central fabrics library<br><br>Based on seasonal concepts and theme to recommend fabrics collection to designers / customers<br><br>Manage the sourcing business of the US based customer<br><br>Understand the customer needs and requirements, develop an effective sourcing strategy<br><br>Ensure that shipping and sampling shelves are stocked at all times<br><br>Distribute completed sample requests to the appropriate managers<br><br>Perform other duties as assigned by Management<br><br><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong>Experience in UK Market<br><br>Diploma or Above in Merchandising or related field<br><br><strong>Minimum 3 Years’ Relevant Experience<br><br></strong>Strong product and material knowledge with good development skills, and familiar with merchandising and product development process<br><br>Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded<br><br>Ability to build strong relationships with the team, communicate effectively with internal and external parties<br><br>Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem solving skills, able to meet deadlines<br><br>Excellent command of written and spoken English<br><br>Candidate whom to be strong on analysis .<br><br>Literate in Microsoft office programs<br><br>Occasional travel is required<br><br><strong>If this sounds like you, Apply Now!<br><br></strong><strong>As an equal opportunity employer, we shall consider all applicants regardless of gender, age, religion, marital status, race, sexual orientation, disability, disease, pregnancy, or trade union and/or political affiliation, and disregard all factors deemed inappropriate by local law and the International Labor Organization’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.</strong>
