<strong>Job Description<br><br></strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities:<br><ul><li>Preparation of financial statements Budget / Forecast / Actuals / Variance analysis</li><li>Monthly accurate forecast preparation and timely reporting (internal &amp; regional) through different systems</li><li>Timely and accurate planning for next year’s BP (Business Plan) &amp; LTP (Long Term Plan 10 Years) for different financial statements</li><li>Handling Operations Analysis day-to-day activities, special assignments, business required studies &amp; ad-hoc requests</li><li>Prepare and present different management reviews</li><li>Drive the company performance to achieve or beat the business plan goals and company’s KPIs</li><li>Highlight areas for improvements, cost-saving opportunities &amp; focus to eliminate non-value added<br><br></li></ul>Educational Background:<br><ul><li>University degree (Accounting / Business)</li><li>MBA / CMA / CFA is a plus</li><li>Minimum 2 years experience in Financial Analysis / Managerial Accounting<br><br></li></ul>Required Skills:<br><ul><li>Strong knowledge of Budget preparation, and financial statements.</li><li>Good knowledge of Financial Modeling and presentation (preparing and presenting).</li><li>Excellent command of computer skills</li><li>High interpersonal skills</li><li>Planning and time management Skills </li><li>Driving for Results Skills </li><li>Working under pressure Skills </li><li>Strong follow-up skills Details/Action oriented Very Good Analytical Skills<br><br></li></ul><strong>About GM<br><br></strong>Our vision is a world with Zero Crashes, Zero Emissions and Zero Congestion and we embrace the responsibility to lead the change that will make our world better, safer and more equitable for all.<br><br>Why Join Us<br><br>We aspire to be the most inclusive company in the world.
