<p>Job Title: Property Consultant </p><p><br></p><p>WOW Properties, one of Dubai’s leading luxury Real Estate Firm, is looking for a qualified Property Consultant, in an attractive commission only role, to carry out various real estate duties, in Dubai, and establish a strong network of connections within the industry.</p><p><br></p><p>Job Summary: A Property Consultant is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, leasing, and financing properties. The job requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, an ability to connect with clients, and a skillful handling of negotiations.</p><p><br></p><p>Job Type – Full Time Commission only</p><p><br></p><p>Benefits:</p><p>• Upto 60% + Commission – Attractive earnings of between AED 10,000 – AED 200,000 monthly</p><p>• 30 days annual leave</p><p>• Employment visa provided by the company</p><p>• Access to developer inventories and offers</p><p>• Medical Health Insurance</p><p>• Quarterly, yearly incentives</p><p>• Admin support for every office</p><p>• Photography and videography team</p><p>• Mobile Phone SIM Card provided</p><p>• Assistance with RERA training courses and RERA card will be paid by company.</p><p>• Modern office location</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>• Represent clients in the buying, selling, and renting of residential properties</p><p>• Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the entire real estate transaction process, from initial contact through to closing</p><p>• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, and communicate regularly to keep them informed of relevant market information</p><p>• Assist the Admin with the listings of properties for buying, sale, rent</p><p>• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on local real estate trends, and use this information to provide clients with informed advice</p><p>• Assist clients with property inspections, appraisals, and negotiations</p><p>• Help clients navigate the legal and financial aspects of real estate transactions</p><p>• Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as brokers, lenders, and attorneys</p><p>• Provide monthly sales reports to Sales Manager</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><p>• Minimum 1 year experience in the real estate market</p><p>• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred</p><p>• RERA Certification is an advantage</p><p>• Well presented with a professional image</p><p>• Strong sales and negotiation skills.</p><p>• Time management and organizational skills</p><p>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</p><p>• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</p><p>• Valid UAE driving License</p><p>• Own car will be an added advantage</p><p>• Proficiency with relevant software applications, such as Microsoft Office and real estate-specific databases.</p>
