<p><strong>HSE Procedure Writer</strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><span>Under the direction of the HSE Manager, responsibilities will include but not be limited to:</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Produce high-quality Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) documentation that contributes to the overall implementation of the local Operating Management System.</li><li>Gather information from subject-matter experts and develop, organize, and write Policies, Standards, Procedures, and Guidelines (PSPGs).&nbsp;</li><li>Perform Gap Analysis on Company AD PSPGS v ADNOC HSE Standard &amp; Corporate PSPGs.</li><li>Proactively progress internal review of PSPGs.</li><li>Update existing PSPGs in a ‘NEW’ template/format.</li><li>Work with internal teams to understand processes and document requirements in-depth.</li><li>Produce high-quality documentation that meets Company and ADNOC standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Write easy-to-understand documentation.</li><li>Develop and maintain weekly progress reports.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p><strong>Requirements &amp; Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Proven working experience in technical writing.</li><li>Ability to deliver high-quality documentation paying attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent written skills in English.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent verbal skills in English.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Able to handle deadlines and priorities of multiple documents.</li><li>Able to work under pressure.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).</li><li>Familiar with ADNOC HSE Standards.</li><li>Proven work experience in developing Operating Management Systems / HSE Management Systems.</li><li>Familiar with auditing OMS / HSEMS.</li><li>Qualified in ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 would be an advantage.</li><li>Qualified as an HSE professional would be an advantage.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Interested?
