Automation Engineer

Job Description

<p>Looking or experienced Automation Engineers who have worked with&nbsp;<strong>Delta Controls, Allen Bradley and Siemens.</strong></p><p>Design complex control systems for controlling and monitoring Automation Systems in F&amp;B, Chemical, Water/Waste Water Treatment and Pharmaceutical plants</p><p>Able to understand P&amp;IDs, Hydraulic Circuits, Pneumatic Drawings and develop control system schematics, wiring diagrams and loop diagrams</p><p>Proficient in Control Panel Assembly Design and General Arrangements</p><p>Design controls architectures and network diagrams using communication Protocols such as Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, ControlNET, DeviceNET, Modbus etc.</p><p>Engineer shall review customer specifications and provide comments and feedback.</p><p>Shall develop cause &amp; effects matrix, function block diagrams and control narratives.</p><p>Shall conduct Software/Hardware FATs, support Start-up activities and production trials.</p><p>Shall have experience in writing Functional Design Specifications (FDS), test procedures, user manuals.</p><p>Knowledge of Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS), SIL Levels and Safety Systems, Siemens Distributed Safety is a Plus</p><p>Knowledge of industry standards such as IEC, NEC, CE, NEMA, UL 508A etc.</p><p>Must demonstrate a structured approach to the job with the ability to set priorities and attention to job details</p><p>Strong customer focus in dealing with end clients, internal team and vendors</p><p>Must work over time to meet up client’s deadlines and expectations</p><p>A minimum of 5 years of experience needed.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop quality software and web applications</li><li>Analyze and maintain existing software applications</li><li>Design highly scalable, testable code</li><li>Discover and fix programming bugs</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering or related field</li><li>Development experience with programming languages</li><li>SQL database or relational database skills</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p><br></p><p>Salary: AED4,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month</p><p><br></p><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>Delta Control: 5 years (Required)</li><li>Siemens: 5 years (Required)</li><li>Automation: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul><p>Language:</p><ul><li>English (Preferred)</li><li>Hindi (Preferred)</li></ul><p><br></p>
