The company’s mission is to “deliver happiness through food” by helping food businesses achieve their full potential in the virtual restaurant industry.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What will make you a great match:</strong></p><ul><li>Preferably 1-3 years of lead or account management experience, preferably in the food and beverages industry. </li><li>Having a similar aggregator or cloud kitchen background would be an added advantage. </li><li>Understand the financial terms and work on the profit and loss statement. </li><li>Strong analytical skills, confident using Excel, SQL, Word, Powerpoint and Google tools. Excel/ Google Sheets is compulsory.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What do you’ll do:</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for growing the delivery aggregator portfolio in UAE while managing and enhancing the relationship with the aggregators through regular, personal contact. </li><li>Work on all growth-specific campaigns, supporting growth and expansion in UAE and other international markets. </li><li>Day-to-day collaboration with the Marketing & Culinary team and coordination with Operations, Sales, & Finance to ensure all tasks and requirements are accurate and conducted promptly to generate incremental revenue on delivery platforms. </li><li>Develop monthly, & quarterly forecasts, evaluate appropriate budget levels for the brands, and measure each campaign’s results.</li><li>Increase orders & new customers on the delivery aggregator through the launches with high ROI-driven marketing campaigns & initiates. </li><li>Regular data analysis to identify ways to improve effectiveness and efficiency for all online brands. </li><li>Coordinate with the kitchen executive managers from the growth team to renegotiate the contract conditions, such as rebates, and wholesale price, negotiate deals and enhance operational metrics, such as delays and kitchen prep time with the restaurant regularly. </li><li>Use industry knowledge and experience to compare ideas and solutions critically and propose innovative solutions to problems.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Location & basic details: </strong></p><ul><li>Location: Abu Dhabi </li><li>Type: Full Time </li><li>In office – 6 days</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Extensive learning opportunities – we offer many hard and soft skills training to help you improve and challenge yourself.</li><li>You’ll be able to work in an international, diverse, and inclusive environment.</li><li>Become a shareowner with our ESOP plan (T&C Applies). </li><li>Enjoy up to 50% discount from Cloud brands. </li></ul><p><br></p>
