<p>Job Title: Experienced Banker – Client Acquisition (Personal, Corporate, Offshore, and Company Setup)</p><p>Location: Dubai</p><p>Salary: AED 6000 – 8000/Month + Commission </p><p>Job Description:</p><p>We are seeking an experienced banker to join our team as a Client Acquisition Specialist. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our client base by bringing in new clients for personal account opening, corporate account establishment, offshore bank accounts, and company setup in the UAE. Fluency in Russian is preferred and will be advantageous for this position.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Proactively identify and engage with potential clients who are looking to establish their business in the UAE for personal account opening, corporate account setup, offshore bank accounts, and company formation.</li><li>Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the entire company setup process, including company registration, licensing, legal formalities, and banking requirements.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and ensuring exceptional customer service.</li><li>Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our banking products and services related to company setup, including corporate accounts, offshore banking, and tailored solutions.</li><li>Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify clients’ financial goals and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements for business establishment in the UAE.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams, such as relationship managers and legal professionals, to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing account management for clients establishing businesses in the UAE.</li><li>Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and competitive offerings related to company setup and banking services in the UAE to effectively position our services to clients.</li><li>Achieve individual and team targets for client acquisition and revenue generation.</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Minimum of 3 years of banking experience, with a focus on client acquisition, relationship management, or sales.</li><li>Proven track record of successfully bringing in new clients for personal and corporate account openings, offshore bank accounts, and company setup in the UAE.</li><li>Strong networking and prospecting skills with the ability to build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex banking solutions to clients.</li><li>Knowledge of banking products and services, including personal accounts, corporate accounts, offshore banking, and company formation in the UAE.</li><li>Fluency in Russian will be an advantage, enabling effective communication with Russian-speaking clients.</li><li>Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements for company setup in the UAE.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>To apply, please submit your resume and a cover letter highlighting your relevant experience and achievements in client acquisition, particularly in assisting clients with Bank account opening</p>
