<p>Job description</p><p>The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing lead generation and marketing support. She will be maintaining various marketing campaigns and should have a creative skillset which will enables the team to brainstorm new initiatives.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Development and implementation of Marketing Plan</li><li>Work with digital marketing team to produce Events’ marketing collaterals and presentations</li><li>Coordinate with Sponsors and Supporting Partners and make sure that partnership terms are being implemented, they get branding benefits and event gets to be promoted in their networks as well</li><li>Handle content marketing, do the Social Media posts in different platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube) and conceptualize/approve suitable artwork</li><li>Strategize and monitor Digital Marketing – SEO, Remarketing, Digital Display Ads, and Analytics</li><li>Make eblasts – conceptualize, prepare content (text and images), work with artist to proper layout</li><li>Update and continuously add to the mailing list in Mailchimp</li><li>Make sure content and design for adverts, web banners, roll-ups, etc. are correct to maximize event awareness</li><li>Update the Event’s website with the latest developments (speakers, white papers, sponsors, partners, press releases, suppliers, etc.)</li><li>Coordinate and monitor the production of Event’s promotional videos</li><li>Support the needs of Sales Team here in Dubai office and our International agents</li><li>Coordinate with PR company for the content and approval of press releases and other media-related events</li><li>Organize press conferences</li><li>Monitor marketing/promotional activities</li><li>Building relationships with suppliers and organizations that help in the promotion of Event</li><li>Develop and maintain websites, newsletters, emails, social media campaigns</li><li>Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorm initiatives</li><li>Identify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of company brand</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience</li><li>Due to the diversity in the company, preferably Filipino nationality </li><li>2 – 3 years’ experience in marketing/brand management/ Social Media</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities</li><li>Knowledge of all social networking platforms</li></ul>
