<strong>You can offer us &amp; we can offer you</strong><p><br></p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organisational goals and legal requirements.</li><li>Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.</li><li>Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.</li><li>Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, keeping policies and practices up to date.</li><li>Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, training, and exit interviews.</li><li>Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, bonus plans, and employee recognition initiatives.</li><li>Coordinate and conduct employee performance evaluations, facilitating performance improvement plans when necessary.</li><li>Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.</li><li>Develop and deliver training programs for employees and managers on HR-related topics.</li><li>Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR, proactively recommending improvements and implementing innovative solutions.</li><li>Lead or participate in HR projects, such as HRIS implementation, policy revisions, or diversity and inclusion initiatives.</li><li>Ensure accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation, maintaining confidentiality and data privacy.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to support organisational development and change management initiatives.</li><li>Conduct HR data analysis and reporting, providing insights and recommendations to improve HR processes and practices.</li><li>Stay informed about changes in labour laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and updating HR policies and procedures accordingly.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is preferred.</li><li>Proven experience in a senior HR role, demonstrating expertise in multiple HR functions.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.</li><li>Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset.</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.</li><li>Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.</li><li>Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.</li><li>Experience in managing and leading HR projects is a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Why TenTwenty?</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>A fun job in an open minded multicultural family!
