With ambitious expansion plans in the pipeline, we are now looking for a Partnership Manager who can help develop Privilee and its product offering. </p><p><br></p><p> </p><p><strong>Summary</strong></p><p>As Partnership Manager, you will play a pivotal role by enhancing Privilee’s product offering, the brand and the business as a whole. You will be responsible for both new and existing partner </p><p>relationships.</p><p><br></p><p> </p><p>The ideal person should be enthusiastic, energetic, a people person and possess strong negotiation skills. The role consists of managing and retaining partnership accounts, building strong relationships and liaising with senior management both internally and externally. To be successful in this role you need to thrive under challenging situations, have the ability to multi-task and take ownership of a large portfolio of partners.</p><p><br></p><p> </p><p>The ideal candidate could have experience in account management, sales, or heavily integrated relationship building roles. </p><p><br></p><p> </p><p><strong>Role objectives</strong></p><p> ● Identify new partners and opportunities that will enhance Privilee’s offering</p><p> ● Propose, negotiate and renew contracts on optimal terms that is viable for both parties</p><p> ● Collaborate with senior management and other teams to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships</p><p> ● Train and support partners with all aspects of the partnership</p><p> ● Feedback to the business about concerns, complaints and ideas from partners</p><p> </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p> ● A friendly and persuasive personality</p><p> ● Independent and self motivated</p><p> ● Data driven mindset and has the ability to present data</p><p> ● Proactive, structured and organised</p><p> ● Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience and/or degree level qualification</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>We are Privilee</strong></p><p>By joining Privilee, you will be part of a passionate, dedicated and dynamic team; who are determined to create the ultimate lifestyle offering.
