<p>We are seeking a talented and motivated Administrative Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our day-to-day administrative operations. This role requires exceptional organizational and time-management skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively and harmoniously in a team environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>Overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks such as collecting mail, responding to phone calls, and organizing files.</p><p>Coordinating and organizing meetings, appointments, and events..</p><p>Generating and compiling reports.</p><p>Managing inventory and procurement of office equipment, software, and supplies.</p><p>Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new techniques.</p><p>Monitoring and Processing Company legal Documents (Vehicles/Insurances/Licenses/Government requirements and other random Company related contracts and paper works)</p><p>Able to write professional letters, reports and presentations</p><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><p>Immediate Joiner</p><p>Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.</p><p>The ability to work independently and in a team.</p><p>Proficiency in written and oral English language.</p><p><br></p><p>To apply, please submit your updated resume and cover letter to jannel@rockandup.com/humanresource@rockandup.com.
