<p>We have a urgent requirement for a<strong> ITSM Specialist (symphony AI)</strong> to be based in Doha, Qatar</p><p>This is an initial 1 year contract with possible extensions for a further 2 years.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p><p>• Implement and manage ITSM systems. </p><p>• Configure and maintain ITSM software and tools. </p><p>• Coordinate with IT teams to improve service management processes. </p><p>• Provide training and support for ITSM tools.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p><p>• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. </p><p>• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Service Management. </p><p>• Experience with ITSM tools like symphony AI. </p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>If you are interested in this opportunity and confident in the position, please send a copy of your CV to vipul.patel@ateca.co.uk for immediate consideration and a call for more details.</p>
