You can understand more about our company through our website www.unityinfotech.com.</p><p><br></p><p>Position title: Manager Legal</p><p>Job level: Manager-Entry level</p><p>Domain: Banking</p><p>Experience: 7 to 10 years</p><p>Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in law</p><p>Language proficiency: Arabic &amp; English</p><p><br></p><p>Job Responsibility:</p><p>• Respond to all legal assignment requests which include inter alia drafting and reviewing legal documents relating to corporate and retail banking (conventional and Islamic) group.</p><p>• Provide internal legal services for company group entities, including the provision of legal advice and the preparation, checking and maintenance of agreements and other legal documents and legal researches and studies.</p><p>• Follow up on major litigation cases and coordinate with external lawyers and parties</p><p>• Meet with bank internal staff as well as third party, discuss and negotiate transactions and documents.</p><p>• To update management with changes to applicable regional laws and regulations related to conventional and Islamic banking.</p><p>• Review and drafting of non-standard contracts and related documentation.</p><p>• Set, review and keep up-to date, the Group’s Islamic banking legal inventory, and – in conjunction with Compliance communicate new developments and its implications for the businesses to senior management and to affected areas. Support Compliance in the interpretation of regulatory requirements.</p><p>• Participate pro-actively in the conventional and Islamic law, new product and process development and approval process. Act as legal clearance gateway function in relation to new conventional and Islamic law products, processes and product features for group entities.</p><p></p>
