Low current & physical security Engineer.

Job Description

<p><span>T</span><strong>he ideal candidate will have a very detailed understanding of&nbsp;low current &amp; Physical Security systems such as&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong><strong>Access Control, CCTV, Time Attendance , road blockers, bollards , gate&nbsp;barriers, PA, inspection systems , intrusion system PIDS&nbsp;…etc.).</strong><strong>This position will require a familiarity of IP security camera and Access Control installation, normal installations , maintenance and troubleshooting. This engineer will be able to talk to an audience of varying levels of technical knowledge to convey proposed products and services to assist them with their technological needs.</strong></p><p><strong> </strong><strong><u>Job Requirements</u></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Bachelor degree in electrical or electr<span class=”ql-cursor”></span>onics or&nbsp;mechatronics engineering </strong></li><li><strong>At least </strong><strong>5 to 10 </strong><strong>&nbsp;years experience </strong></li><li><strong>Have practical knowledge on the installation&nbsp;, testing and commissioning of&nbsp;low current systems such as (Access Control, CCTV, Time Attendance , road blockers, bollards , gate&nbsp;barriers, PA, inspection systems , intrusion system PIDS&nbsp;…etc.).</strong></li><li><strong>installation and troubleshooting of the security systems .</strong></li><li><strong>Defines project scope based on customers’ / prospects’ needs.</strong></li><li><strong>Develops the required technical and product solution.</strong></li><li><strong>Perform site surveys and customer needed training.</strong></li><li><strong>Collaborate with project teams to have a successful implementation of the project with minimum cost.</strong></li><li><strong>Knowledge of Saudi standards and regulation related to security systems </strong></li></ul><p><strong>Preferred with BMS , SCADA and automation experience </strong></p><p><strong>* • Manage electronic security projects such as: CCTV, Access Control, Mass Emergency Notification, Visitor Management.</strong></p><p><strong> </strong><strong>* Develop and manage Integrated Management Plans for proposals and new contracts based on statements of work and other contract documentation. These plans will contain tasks, milestones, resources, and schedules.</strong></p><p><strong> </strong><strong>* Control project risk through ongoing risk identification, assessment, review, and mitigation.</strong></p><p><strong> </strong><strong>* Deliver quality products to customers on time, schedule, and budget.</strong></p><p><strong> </strong><strong>* Ensure all contract line items are appropriately addressed.</strong></p><p><strong> </strong><strong>* Conduct and support regular project meetings and evaluations internal to the team and with the customer.</strong></p><p><strong> </strong><strong>* Prepare program status reviews and other formal reviews to be presented to the client.</strong></p><p><strong> </strong><strong>* Monitor and evaluate subcontractor performance to ensure successful completion of the overall project.</strong></p><p><strong> </strong><strong>* Manage technical team workload.</strong></p><p><strong> </strong><strong>* Manage quality assurance processes.</strong></p><p><strong> </strong><strong>* Collaborate with technical leads and company management to prioritize tasking across projects.</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong> </strong><strong>Physical Security</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong> </strong><strong>* Manage installation of security systems from start to finish, including necessary setup and programming.</strong></p><p><strong> </strong><strong>* Knowledge of OSHA general safety standards and the proper care and usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)</strong></p><p><strong> </strong><strong>* Flexibility to work beyond regular working hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., depending on customer commitments.</strong></p><p><strong> </strong><strong>* The ability to work independently in a stand-alone function and to prepare all necessary documentation in a timely and accurate manner.</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p></p><span></span>
