AR Controller is responsible for the collection of customer accounts in a manner that ensures high customer satisfaction and loyalty.<br><br>AR Controller must be able to communicate in an efficient manner with customers, as well as the cross functional team while reporting to the CFO / FD and making sure to have sustainable cash flow &amp; achievement of DSO targets.<br><br><strong>General Responsibilities: <br><br></strong><ul><li> Ability to understand customer contract to organize the billing system for each customer. Maintain billing system for on time billing.</li><li> Ability to develop billing process, a recovery system by individual project / customer.</li><li> Maintain Billing / Service Items, set up revenue code in ERP, track the activity as per the contractual requirements for timely billings.</li><li> Manage Cost and Revenue side by side in order to track profitability by activity and for full project.</li><li> Timely Generate and send out invoices, follow up customer for payment and allocate payments in ERP. Maintain and control all Debit and Credit Note.</li><li> Track and Monitor timely payment for maintaining healthy cash flow. Manage customer billing queries for smooth business relationship. liaison with operation for research and resolve payment discrepancies.</li><li> Perform account reconciliations, monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.</li><li> Generate age analysis, review AR aging to ensure compliance and assist month-end closing.</li><li> Maintain healthy relationship with customer and must be a good communicator.</li><li> Support CFO / FD for any adhoc analysis and projects.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualification:<br><br></strong><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree in Finance.</li><li> 10 years of experience in Finance or Accounting with at least 5 years of leadership experience<br><br></li></ul><strong>Knowledge &amp; Skills:<br><br></strong><ul><li> Accounting, VAT, Compliance and Internal Control</li><li> Supply Chain and Logistic business</li><li> Different Mechanics of billing e.g. Open Books and Closed Books</li><li> Work cross function to achieve business target</li><li> Deal and communicate with customer and cross department</li><li> Meet timeline and work under pressure</li><li> Deal with internal and external stakeholders</li><li> Excellent communication skills (Arabic &amp; English).<br><br></li></ul><strong>Why join DHL Supply chain?<br><br></strong>As the world’s largest contract logistics specialist, we create competitive advantage for customers through customized logistics solutions based on globally standardized warehousing, transportation and integrated services components.
