Job Description
Requirement’s gatherings, Functional system design, Configuration, Testing and Support of SAP and associated systems. Scope of work includes corporate wide SAP implementation in the respective module, life cycle management and further enhancement of implemented solution.<p><br></p>The role holder will work closely with the business partners and other IT organizations to analyze requirements for the solution design, integrity, and development/support of the system.<p><br></p>Provide technical and professional expertise to the ERP division and other Sadara functions for delivering the necessary technology services to the business. As needed, develop, and enhance new business functionalities. Attend to user issues to fix bugs in the existing processes.<p><br></p>Participate in all requirements gathering sessions with business proponents.<p><br></p>Conducts business process analyses, understand business requirements and identify and evaluate alternative solutions. 3. Develops functional specifications that are provided to developers and other technical contributors to guide programming and other technical tasks. 4. Understanding Business Requirements Translate them into formal requirements and design documents, establish specific solutions, and leading the efforts including programming and testing that culminate in client acceptance of the results. 5. Creates, reviews and delivers end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, training materials) and training for accuracy. 6. Reviews system test plans and results of system integration testing before initiating user acceptance testing. 7. Work with the user to select or create appropriate scenarios to test all results to determine whether system changes met project specifications; uses scenarios to assist the end user in acceptance testing. 8. Work with the QA team to ensure testing of solutions is thorough and appropriate, and all requirements are met. 9. Provide level-3 production support for systems within the domain of expertise. 10. Fully understand integration of his/her respective module with other SAP modules and the financial impacts within modules.<p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p>Education: Essential: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or any related field. Certification: Preference: IT Professional Certification, Project Management, SAP Certifications, ITIL
