<p>Our client is now recruiting for a <strong>Customer Service Representative (Call Centre) – Remote Position </strong>to based in Saudi Arabia.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>This role is responsible for managing queries and complaints by answering customers’ questions, providing correct information about the services, and processing returns to ensure customers satisfaction.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><ul><li>Respond and resolve customer queries through different channels (phone, email or chat).</li><li>Manage large amounts of incoming customer queries and complaints within dedicated time.</li><li>Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered</li><li>Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.</li><li>Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.</li><li>Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools</li><li>Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed</li><li>Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution phone, email, mail or social media</li><li>Go the extra mile to engage customers.</li><li>Process and assist customers with orders, refunds, or exchanges</li><li>Advise on company information</li><li>Utilize computer technology to handle high customer ticket volumes</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li><strong>Minimum 6 months of work experience in Customer Service </strong></li><li><strong>Fluent in English. (Imperative)</strong></li><li><strong>Call center or customer service experience (preferred)</strong></li><li>Dedication to customer satisfaction</li><li>Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.</li><li>Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Flexibility to work in different shifts (including evenings, weekends or holidays)</li><li>Basic knowledge of computer software and office systems.</li><li><strong>Saudi National will be desirable.</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Only applicants willing to work in shifts – morning or evening shifts need apply.</strong></p>
