Your boundless creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to push the boundaries of design will be instrumental in delivering extraordinary solutions.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Cultivate visually stunning designs for diverse marketing materials, including company website, social media graphics, and presentations, among others.</li><li>Craft engaging and on-brand designs that skillfully communicate our message to the target audience.</li><li>Embrace end-to-end ownership of projects, from conceptualization to completion, ensuring the delivery of superior-quality outputs within specified timelines.</li><li>Articulate design ideas, concepts, and strategies adeptly, effectively communicating them to company management.</li><li>Forge collaborative relationships with external agencies and suppliers, as necessary, ensuring the production of exceptional materials.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or relevant discipline.</li><li>Demonstrate a proven track record as a Visual Design Specialist or in a comparable role, showcased through an impressive portfolio that highlights your extraordinary design prowess.</li><li>Exhibit advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other pertinent design software.</li><li>Possess an innate understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy, enabling you to orchestrate captivating compositions.</li><li>Exemplify outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, effortlessly collaborating with team members.</li><li>Display exceptional multitasking abilities, thriving in an independent work environment while deftly managing multiple projects with precision and adherence to deadlines.</li><li>Manifest an unwavering attention to detail, coupled with an impeccable eye for aesthetics.</li><li>Familiarity with web design principles and experience with HTML/CSS is a highly desirable asset.</li><li>Proficiency in videography and video editing is a valuable advantage.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>How to Apply:</strong></p><p>We appreciate your interest in joining the team at Terra Instinct.
