Flexible and willing to take challenges, work and live in coffee-producing countries, People who want to build expertise and a career in the coffee business and are ready to go the extra mile.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><p>We offer within our pleasant family environment, great opportunities to learn and grow, we offer challenges and exposure to a multicultural environment, on-merit base compensation, and free coffee around the clock!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The role:</strong></p><p>Data and Consolidation Engineer</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Summary of the role:</strong></p><p>As a member of the FP&A and Consolidation Department, you will directly report to the FP&A and Consolidation Manager</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Developing and enhancing the Reporting & Consolidation tool (OneStream) by creating customized solutions for the company.</li><li>Maintaining and updating existing interfaces that communicate with the Reporting & Consolidation tool.</li><li>Prioritizing automation to streamline manual processes and transform them into automated ones.</li><li>Managing and monitoring projects to ensure efficient tracking of costs, tasks, and resource allocation.</li><li>Acting as the primary point of contact for all technical aspects during the monthly reporting process.</li><li>Organizing regular training sessions to keep users updated on new developments.</li><li>Collaborating closely with the FP&A and Consolidation Manager to facilitate communication with external consultants.</li><li>Assisting the FP&A and Consolidation department in defining the requirements for the new ERP system (SAP).</li><li>Developing the interface between SAP and OneStream.</li><li>Enhancing the current reporting package by implementing additional reporting schedules that include both financial and non-financial data.</li><li>Supporting the FP&A and Consolidation Manager in his role and assisting with ad hoc projects.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>University degree in Information Technology (Computer Science, Software Engineering), Finance or equivalents.</li><li>3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of VB.net (Mandatory) and SQL language (highly recommended).</li><li>Strong understanding of database architecture, design, and data processes.</li><li>Basic accounting knowledge is a plus.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Power BI is a plus).</li><li>Previous experience with a Consolidation tool is a real advantage.</li><li>Ability to conceptualize needs and transform them into automated tools.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Soft Skills </strong></p><ul><li>Good business acumen</li><li>Good communication skills and willingness to work with people of varied cultures</li><li>Excellent organizational skills (ability to prioritize, plan tasks, and respect deadlines)</li><li>Good interpersonal skills</li><li>Teamwork skills/ team spirit</li><li>Ability to work under stress and respond to tight deadlines</li><li>High level of autonomy/self-discipline</li><li>Proactiveness</li><li>Curious keen to learn and ready for new challenges</li><li>Ability to work independently</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Languages:</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent knowledge of English</li><li>Knowledge of any other language is a plus (French)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Accessibility:</strong></p><p>As a global business, we rely on diversity of culture and thought to deliver on our goals.
