<p><strong>Reports to:</strong> Senior Commercial & Growth Manager</p><p><strong>Department: </strong>Business Development</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>OMT Head Office Beirut</p><p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p><p>Responsible for spearheading the development and launch of digital products, ensuring their success in the market. Identifies opportunities and develops digital solutions that create and deliver business value. Accountable for innovation planning, revenue growth, margin improvement and product experience.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Primary Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><em>Leads OMT’s efforts in:</em></p><p>➢ Support in developing the digital strategy</p><p>➢ Digital Product planning</p><p>➢ Product ideation</p><p>➢ Developing new digital products or features</p><p>➢ Managing lifecycle of new and existing products</p><p>➢ Product performance review</p><p> </p><p>• Contributes to the development of a strategy aimed at achieving best-in-class and leading digital products and solutions</p><p>• Develops strategic partnerships with key local and international stakeholders in order to drive digital growth and expansion</p><p>• Conducts market research, validation, and white space analysis to identify opportunities for new or existing features and functionalities</p><p>• Understands the user and buyer persona and develops unique value propositions for both</p><p>• Acts as the product owner throughout the development stage of each digital solution, taking ownership of its progress and ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders</p><p>• Monitors, analyses, and acts on key product analytics. Continually improves the products, increases retention rate, and boosts customer lifetime value (LTV)</p><p>• Makes data-driven decisions, predicts and forecasts product outcomes and creates value for target customers</p><p>• Collaborates regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on features’ development and prioritization</p><p>• Develops data pipelines that can be used to track, analyse, and improve the digital products</p><p>• Close deals with businesses interested in the digital solutions by overseeing and finalizing all commercial, legal, and business aspects of the agreements.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</strong></p><p><em>Qualifications:</em></p><p>• University degree in business administration, economics, computer science, information systems, or related field</p><p>• EMBA or MBA is a must</p><p> </p><p><em>Technical Skills:</em></p><p>• Fully proficient in English and Arabic, French is a plus</p><p>• Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in developing digital products, solutions and features</p><p>• Experience in usability and customer-focused products’ design</p><p>• Passion for building great products to meet customer and business needs</p><p> </p><p><em>Relevant experience:</em></p><p>• 9-14 years in digital product management or similar role</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Behavioral Competencies:</strong></p><p>• Solid strategic thinking as well as prioritization capabilities</p><p>• Strong analytical and negotiating skills</p><p>• Strong business acumen</p><p>• Forward-thinking with innovative mindset</p><p>• Demonstrated collaboration, leadership and product championing skills</p><p>• A high interest in commercial /business affairs</p><p>• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with many stakeholders and diverse teams</p><p>• Excellent communication and presentation skills</p><p>• Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with the company executives and staff at all levels</p><p>• Embraces challenges and focuses on results and deliverables</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Interactions:</strong></p><p>• External: External stakeholders within local & international markets</p><p>• Internal: Upper management, executive Teams and all departments counterparts depending on business needs</p><p><span> </span></p><p><br></p>
