General Statement of Duties<br><p><em>A Recruitment Officer is responsible for finding the best candidates for their client’s vacancies. Moreover, generating new business opportunities, finding new clients and new job seekers.</em></p><br>Major Duties and Responsibilities<br><br><span>·<span> </span></span><span>Screening prospective job applicants to evaluate their skills and qualifications</span><br><br><br><span>·<span> </span></span><span>Entering job applicants’ CVs and contact details into the company database for future reference</span><br><br><br><span>·<span> </span></span><span>Ensuring that potential job candidates are an excellent match for the client company</span><br><br><br><span>·<span> </span></span><span>Producing and posting job adverts that attract appropriate candidates</span><br><br><br><span>·<span> </span></span><span>Cold calling companies to promote recruitment services</span><br><br><br><span>·<span> </span></span><span>Meeting with new clients to develop and expand business opportunities</span><br><br><br><span>·<span> </span></span><span>Headhunting specific candidates for high-end job roles, such as senior management positions</span><br><br><br><span>·<span> </span></span><span>Achieving recruitment quotas and business development targets each month</span><br><br>Reporting To<br><p><span>·<span> </span></span>Human Resources Manager</p><br>Relationships<br><span>Internal</span><br><p><span>·<span> </span></span>General Manager</p><br><p><span>·<span> </span></span>Human Resources Manager</p><br><p><span>·<span> </span></span>Other Departments</p><br><span>External</span><br><p><span>·<span> </span></span>Candidates</p><br><p><span>·<span> </span></span>Other companies if required</p><br>Measures of Performance<br><p><span>·<span> </span></span>Strong effective communicator in writing, <span>business presentations</span> and in <span>interpersonal communication</span>.</p><br><p><span>·<span> </span></span>Highly developed, demonstrated <span>teamwork skills</span>.</p><br><p><span>·<span> </span></span>Demonstrates a high degree of confidentiality in interpersonal interaction.</p><br><p><span>·<span> </span></span>Exhibits an unusual degree of common sense in working with coworkers and the executive team.</p><br><p><span>·<span> </span></span>Experience directing the efforts of a team of diverse human resources professionals.</p><br><p><span>·<span> </span></span>Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches, and departmental contribution while remaining cost-sensitive.</p><br><p><span>·<span> </span></span>Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based, measurable HR products, services, and activities.</p><br><p><span>·<span> </span></span>Must exhibit a commitment to continuous learning.</p><br><p><span>·<span> </span></span>Excellent knowledge of Jordan law.</p><br><p><span>·<span> </span></span>Strong commitment to and interest in employee relations and communication.</p><br><p><span>·<span> </span></span>Familiarity and skill with the tools of the trade in <span>human resources including HRIS,</span> Microsoft Office suite of products, file management, and benefits administration.</p><br><p><span>·<span> </span></span>Experience in organization development and change management.</p><br> Qualifications<br><p><span>·<span> </span></span>Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field</p><br><p><span>·<span> </span></span>3-5 years’ experience recruiting for global multinational companies</p><br><p><span>·<span> </span></span>Good command of both Arabic and English</p><br><p><span>·<span> </span></span>Good knowledge of MS Office</p><br><p><span>·<span> </span></span>Prior experience in Retail is preferred</p><br><p><span>·<span> </span></span>Proven track record of excellent customer service and strong teamwork with the ability of working autonomously</p><br><p><span>·<span> </span></span>Confident Recruiter with proven interpersonal and communication skills which can be demonstrated at all levels of the business</p><br><p><span>·<span> </span></span>Proven capability of managing workload and meeting deadlines in a high-paced environment</p><br><p><span>·<span> </span></span>Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruitment processes</p><br><p><span>·<span> </span></span>Strong IT skills to manipulate, format and present data in meaningful reports to make educated business decisions</p><br><p><span>·<span> </span></span>Proven track record of using social media to attract and manage talent</p><br><p><span>·<span> </span></span>A high level of numeracy and commercial awareness is essential</p>
