<p><strong>Overview</strong></p><p>Our Head of Expansion is responsible for driving business growth within our two brands; MQR and The GrEEK Campus. The main objective of this role is to directly contribute to the opening of new revenue centers within the company through local and regional expansion, and to develop a network of contacts to attract new real estate partners, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>We are typically looking for an active listener who has a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business deals from inbound and outbound expansion leads.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><span>Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and business needs</span></li><li><span>Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall growth of the business</span></li><li><span>Keep up with the latest industry trends, market positioning and useful information</span></li><li><span>Identify opportunities in target markets for our different portfolio of products and services</span></li><li><span>Contact, develop and nurture relationships with potential stakeholders and key partners to build positive long-term relationships</span></li><li><span>Track, identify and add qualified prospects to build a healthy pipeline to ensure sustainability in the company’s growth</span></li><li><span>Prepare business cases, financial proposals and pitch decks, and negotiate contract terms with potential business partners</span></li><li><span>Lead, monitor and oversee project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed and secure a smooth project delivery</span></li><li><span>Attend relevant industry events and conferences</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><span>A drive to seek new business</span></li><li><span>Real Estate background is a plus</span></li><li><span>Excellent telephone skills</span></li><li><span>Strong verbal and written communication&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Initiative and good decision-making skills</span></li><li><span>Strong organizational skills&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task</span></li><li><span>Strategic and analytical thinking&nbsp;skills</span></li><li><span>Ability to build rapport</span></li><li><span>Time management and planning skills</span></li><li><span>Ability to write proposals and reports</span></li></ul><p><br></p>
