<p>Leads the development and delivery of an internal communications strategy that connects, informs encourages the employees of GB Corp &amp; its subsidiaries. This role requires working closely with leadership team and internal stakeholders (BU heads, HRBPs) in communicating a sense of purpose across GB Corp &amp; its subsidiaries as well as raise awareness &amp; manage change effectively throughout GB culture change.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities :</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Provide strategic direction on the further development of GB Corp’s internal communications strategy. Translate strategic activity into messages and activities that are relevant at a business unit and employees’ level.</li><li>Develop internal communication plan and tactics that align with and support GB Corp’s strategic direction.</li><li>Deliver communications tailored to diverse target internal audiences in such a way that the message can be communicated most effectively to specific targeted groups.</li><li>Further develop a range of communication deliverables &amp; channels that effectively deliver messages to different audiences.</li><li>Manage diverse communication channels, e.g. intranet, social media, print, digital screens, email as the appropriate means for communicating with staff depending on the nature and context of different communications.</li><li>Support new projects &amp; business lines by providing specific and timely information to enable employees to engage stakeholders and bring about change in an effective manner.</li><li>Research recommends on diversity and inclusion issues and create as well as implement diversity &amp; inclusion initiatives (Women Empowerment).</li><li>Drive the development and implementation of people recognition initiatives that are valued across the organisation at all levels and ongoing ownership.</li><li>Motivate, organise, and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.</li><li>Organise the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress.</li><li>Responsible for adherence &amp; compliance of internal stakeholders with company’s brand identity.</li><li>Develop campaigns to build GB Corp brand awareness and advocacy amongst employees; help build brand ambassadors.</li><li>Lead development and implementation of communications &amp; advocacy initiatives in line with GB Corp’s strategic direction by outlining the brand, messages, audience, and communication channels to reach and position GB Corp as an employer of choice. the intended audiences and ensure that UN Women’s message is consistently communicated.</li><li>Utilise communication tactics &amp; strategies to support the talent recruiting strategy and drive candidate attraction and engagement through social media, events, and other channels.</li><li>Executing strategies that improve employee satisfaction, retention, productivity, and engagement.</li><li>Serves as the liaison and voice for all HR related initiatives by providing collaborative guidance and advice on integrated communication strategies to build employee awareness, morale, productivity, retention, and policy compliance.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Qualifications :</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Marketing/Business Administration (or any related)</li><li>Required Industry Experience: Automotive preferably but not a must</li><li>+8 Years of experience in Internal Communication</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong storytelling ability to engage employees and build a sense of community within the organisation</li><li>Ability to create compelling content for various internal communication channels, such as intranets, newsletters, emails, and digital platforms</li><li>Proficiency in communication technologies, including digital platforms, intranet systems, and project management tools</li></ul>
