<p>We are currently seeking a talented <strong>Business Assistant </strong>to provide comprehensive support to our CEO in managing the daily operations and strategic initiatives of our prominent investment company.</p><p><br></p><p>As the Business Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and facilitating the CEO’s productivity. You will handle a wide range of administrative and strategic responsibilities, contributing to the overall success of the organization.</p><p><br></p><p> <strong> Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.</li><li>Assist in coordinating and preparing for high-level meetings, conferences, and presentations.</li><li>Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitors, and investment opportunities to support decision-making processes.</li><li>Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other business documents with utmost attention to detail.</li><li>Assist in managing internal and external communications, including correspondence and maintaining contact lists.</li><li>Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to ethical standards in handling business matters, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.</li><li>Assist with basic financial tasks, such as processing invoices, expense tracking, budget monitoring, and preparing financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant policies and procedures.</li><li>Provide assistance in managing projects, including creating project plans, tracking progress, coordinating team members, and ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables.</li><li>Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and team members, fostering effective communication and collaboration.</li><li>Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, streamlining administrative tasks, implementing new tools or systems, and suggesting innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.</li></ul><p><br></p><p> <strong> Desired Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.</li><li><strong><em>Proven experience in an business assistant role, preferably within the financial or investment industry in UAE.</em></strong></li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in <strong><em>English and Russian</em></strong></li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with office equipment and software.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em>We offer a competitive salary package, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment that fosters growth and innovation.</em></strong></p><p>If you are a dedicated professional seeking a challenging role where you can contribute to the success of a dynamic organization, we invite you to apply for this position by submitting your updated resume </p><p><br></p><p>Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further selection processes.
