Market, promote and sell completed, Secondary and off plan properties on the Dubai to the clientele globally.</p><p>3. Act as an internal consultant and work with a great sportsmanship attitude.</p><p>4. Advise investors on the options of Real Estate Investment Opportunities worldwide.</p><p>5. Schedule meetings in the office and on project sites for existing clients and potential investors.</p><p>6. Negotiate prices, payment plans for investors.</p><p>7. Participate in exhibitions and promotional events in Dubai, Abu Dhabi – Middle East region and globally.</p><p>8. Exceptional negotiation and relationship building skills are a must!</p><p>9. Bachelor’s Degree from accredited university, RERA or similar licenses are preferred.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Requirements: -</strong></p><ul><li>Understanding of the UAE property market·</li><li>Excellent sales and negotiation skills.</li><li>Able to inspire trust and confidence in clients and buyers.</li><li>Good organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to network effectively at all levels.</li><li>An enthusiastic approach, with a “can do” and hands-on attitude.</li><li>Team player with exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skill.
