<p><strong>Please read the description carefully, only candidates with fluent Mandarin/Cantonese will be considered.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Junior Operations responsibilities include:</strong></p><p>· Planning shipments based on product availability and customer requests</p><p>· Tracking orders to ensure timely deliveries</p><p>· Preparing shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders, and bills of lading)</p><p>· Manage letters of credit</p><p>· Prepare relevant cost payments</p><p>· Update internal system information</p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for a Logistics Administrator to work efficiently by ensuring shipments and payments are on time in our trading house. Trading activities are mainly for non-ferrous and precious metals but are also extended to other products related to the mining industry.</p><p>Logistics Administrator responsibilities include supporting all supply chain procedures, from coordinating deliveries, and payments from clients to managing shipping documentation. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized and understand the order fulfillment cycle.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>· Coordinate with the logistics team and Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests.</p><p>· Track shipments to ensure timely deliveries.</p><p>· Prepare shipping documents on time (like invoices, purchase orders, and bills of lading).</p><p>· Schedule shifts with third parties to ensure continuous operation during public holidays.</p><p>· Maintain updated and accurate records of shipments, suppliers, and customers in the CTRM.</p><p>· Provide information to customers about the status of their orders.</p><p>· Raise change requests from clients and shipment issues on time.</p><p>· Make document presentations to the bank against letters of credit or arrange prepayment from the clients.</p><p>· Conduct any quality or quantity claim.</p><p>· Interact with both internal and external clients related to deliveries cover for the organization’s departmental colleagues while on leave or absent.</p><p>· Undertake analysis to help identify potential logistics issues and collaborate with different departments to take preventive and corrective actions.</p><p>· Ad hoc projects as assigned.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>· Work experience as a Logistics Administrator, Supply Change, or similar role.</p><p>· Basic accounting knowledge.</p><p>· Excellent organizational and time-management skills, and able to multi-task effectively.</p><p>· Good communication skills, fluent in English and Mandarin/Cantonese.</p><p>· BSc in Supply chain management, Logistics, or relevant field.</p><p>· Strong knowledge of letters of credit for import/export.</p><p>· Strong analytical and quantitative skills.</p><p>· Excellent in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of ERP and CTRM is an advantage.</p>
