<p><span>Responsible for the development of Business Plan and Sales Strategy, to achieve volume and revenue growth while ensuring profitability, by analyzing opportunities, signing new customers &amp; managing existing customers. Lead sales team by evaluating, training and motivating them to achieve company’s goals.</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><span>- Responsible for developing Business Plan &amp; Sales strategy for the department to achieve growth in Market share, Volume &amp; revenue while ensuring profitability in line with Company’s Objectives.</span></p><p><span>- Build good customer relations of self &amp; the team to ensure customer satisfaction, which helps in maintaining existing customers.</span></p><p><span>- Periodical reviews of Volume/performance with customers, give feedback on the achievement of volume targets set in the contracts and discuss collaborative solutions to achieve growth.</span></p><p><span>- Signing new accounts, by watching the market closely and by engaging the sales team in this process.</span></p><p><span>- Lead sales team by conducting regular coaching and feedback to build motivation and selling skills.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span>- Responsible for the recruiting &amp; developing an efficient sales team by setting KPI’s, monitoring and training them to achieve career growth.</span></p><p><span>- Regular meetings with the Sales team to get market feedback and take steps to improve on gaps.</span></p><p><span>- Conducts one-on-one review with all Managers to build more effective communications</span></p><p><span>- Analyze PNL and Sales revenue from individual customers and for the department.</span></p><p><span>- Analyzing competition market scenario, market behavior pattern &amp; reporting the same to senior management to develop action plans.</span></p><p><span>- Find innovative solutions to meet customer requirements and achieve the company’s goals.</span></p><p><span>- Maintains records of contracts, marketing activities, pricings, etc.</span></p><p><span>- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and Code of Business Conduct and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>-Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent&nbsp;</p><p>- Business Administration Graduate with 7 to 10 years experience as Supervisor/Manager in handling FMCG/ Horeca Channel.</p><p> – Should have a valid UAE DL.</p><p> – Excellent Knowledge of MS Office</p><p> – Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills </p><p> – Negotiation skills</p><p> – The ability to motivate and lead the team </p><p> – Flexibility, commitment and ability to work under stress.</p><p> – Experience in developing Business plans, Budgets, etc.</p><p> – Knowledge &amp; experience in B2B platforms/ Marketplace </p><p> – 7 to 10years experience as Supervisor/Manager in handling FMCG/ Hospitality/ Horeca Channel.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Competencies:&nbsp;</strong></p><p><span>- Planning &amp; achieving: Set smart objectives and work towards achieving these goals.</span></p><p><span>- Positive attitude &amp; Self Belief: Should be a good listener, confident, builds good customer relations &amp; have a positive approach towards customers, subordinates and the company.</span></p><p><span>- Persuasive: Should have good ability to Negotiate and influence others.</span></p><p><span>- Problem Solving: analyze issues from different views and find solutions.</span></p><p><span>- Analytical: Should be good in analyzing figures and data and making decisions accordingly.</span></p><p><span>- Strong Desire for Success: Sets ambitious targets, likes to work to demanding goals, keen to improve own performance.</span></p><p><span>- Good Motivator: should Motivate the Sales team to achieve companies and personal goals.</span></p>
