<strong>Contract Type</strong> <strong>Permanent</strong> <strong>Country</strong> <strong>United Arab Emirates</strong> <strong>Location</strong> <strong>Dubai</strong><p><br></p><strong>Your Opportunity</strong><p><br></p>Reporting to the EVP Customer Management Asia, Oceania and Africa (AOA) and with dotted line to the Executive Vice President Services Portfolio and Solutions, The Vice President Services AOA holds primary responsibility for the development and successful execution of the Services growth strategy in the region. The Vice President is accountable for the full services business profit and loss (P&L) in the region, and for ensuring that financial deliverables align with the overall goals of the organization. Additionally, the Vice President Services is accountable for fostering Customer Satisfaction related to services and for gaining loyalty through excellence in service delivery. The Vice President provides functional management for the AOA services business, overseeing operations in Greater China Services, Middle-East & Africa, and South-East Asia Pacific Services. Through effective leadership and setting the strategic direction, the Vice President Services plays a pivotal role in driving growth and ensuring customer-centricity.<p><br></p><strong>Your Mission</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Primary responsibility for the development and successful execution of Services growth strategy in the region</li><li>Is accountable for full services business P&L in the region</li><li>Is accountable towards the Group on services financial deliverable for the entire AOA region and Services Customers’ satisfaction and loyalty through excellence in service delivery</li><li>Functional management of AOA services business in Greater China Services, Middle-East & Africa and South-East Asia Pacific Services</li></ul><p><br></p>Key responsibilities: <ul><li>Ensures that AOA Services goals and objectives align with the Region and the Group overall strategy and vision</li><li>Chairs the AOA Services Budget, Outlook and Forecast process and reporting with preliminary interaction with Services Portfolio and Solution (SPS) organization.</li><li>Drive Services Strategic initiatives and improvement plans across the AOA region</li><li>Define and Set the annual objectives for AOA Services aligning with SPS business line owners (SPS VPs). Set targets, review performance and propose measures to execute Services growth plans </li><li>Develop and manage an organization able to capture all customers’ needs by developing local presence in the region</li><li>Oversee project management and execution to ensure on time in full (OTIF) delivery for line improvement and line conversion, including the installation and commissioning of the solutions </li><li>Organise sales tactics and strategy to develop market shares and profitability for Services </li><li>Ensure knowledge and compliance with the group QTC-S process across the AOA region</li><li>Ensure utilisation and update of Services related tools across the AOA region</li><li>Consolidate Services activities reporting at AOA Regional level</li><li>Act as conduit, representing AOA Services before the Services central Team (incl. attendance to central forums and meetings)</li><li>Attends Services Management Team Meetings, shares inputs on products to be developed and ensure alignment on priorities with SPS business line owners (SPS VPs).</li></ul> <strong>Your Profile</strong><p><br></p>Knowledge & Experience<p><br></p><ul><li>Broad experience in international industrial OEM business</li><li>Successful track record in growing services business</li><li>Experience in advanced services is desirable</li><li>Leader of leaders and sizeable teams</li><li>Top leadership team experience</li><li>Change management</li><li>MBA/ Engineering Degree</li><li>Fluency in English</li></ul><p><br></p>Further Requirements (Leadership, personality, legal, cultural etc.)<p><br></p><ul><li>Transformative leader who is able to inspire and energize the organization</li><li>Ability to influence the organization</li><li>Inefficiencies intolerant, able to drive continuous improvement and optimize efficiency</li><li>Obsessed by customer satisfaction</li><li>Leading a performance culture with clear accountabilities and results expectations</li><li>Developing best team and talent</li><li>International exposure, cross culture sensitivity</li></ul>
