<p>ASTUDIO, the leading luxury lifestyle digital agency in the region, is looking for a full-time HR Recruiter who has a real passion for hunting talent.</p><p><br></p><p>Do you have a knack for finding exactly the right person for the job? Then you are the person we need to be recruiting right now.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>You need to be able to:</strong></p><ul><li>Source and identify top talent through creative strategies</li><li>Conduct engaging interviews and assessments to evaluate right-fit candidates</li><li>Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract passive candidates – we’re looking for a creative, sales-driven approach to promote our vacancies</li><li>Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)</li><li>Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting jobs to onboarding</li><li>Stay updated with the latest market trends and share insights with management</li><li>Maintain accurate records in our recruitment systems</li><li>Fulfill our short-term recruitment needs, while building and nurturing the talent that will lead ASTUDIO into the future</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>You need to have:</strong></p><ul><li>A Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field</li><li>At least two years of experience as an HR headhunter in Dubai or the UAE</li><li>Lived in Dubai or the UAE for at least three years</li><li>A deep understanding of the local job market, trends, and labor laws</li><li>A creative and resourceful approach to talent sourcing</li><li>Proficiency in recruitment tools and technologies, including LinkedIn recruiter</li><li>A proactive, go-getter attitude that represents our vibrant culture</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Think you could have improved the way we recruited for this job?
