<p><strong>Position: Marketing Specialist </strong></p><p>Salary 8,000 to 10,000 AED</p><p> </p><p>路 <strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p>- Develop and supervise implementation of digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.</p><p>- Supervise online marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.</p><p>- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.</p><p>- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies and tools.</p><p>- Supervise execution of BTL marketing initiatives such as events, trade shows, experiential marketing.</p><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts, promotional materials, and collateral for BTL activities.</p><p>- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.</p><p>- Collaborate with creative teams and external agencies to develop compelling ATL, BTL, TTL marketing materials.</p><p>- Monitor campaigns performance and provide recommendations for optimizing campaigns.</p><p>- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and craft effective messaging for marketing efforts.</p><p>- Collect and analyze marketing data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.</p><p>- Prepare reports that summarize key findings and provide actionable recommendations.</p><p>- Supervise creating visually appealing marketing materials, including graphics, illustrations, infographics, and presentations.</p><p>- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging visual assets for digital and print campaigns.</p><p>- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines across all marketing materials.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>路 <strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>- Bachelor鈥檚 degree in marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related field.</p><p>- Experience of 3 years in the FMCG sector with a proven track record</p><p>- Proven experience in digital marketing, BTL marketing, ATL marketing, analysis.</p><p>- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, etc.</p><p>- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.</p><p>- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p><p>- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.</p><p>- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.</p><p>- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.</p>
