By using a consultative approach<br>to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and<br>qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new<br>and existing customers.<br><br>Responsibilities<br><br>- Meet and exceed sales targets<br><br>- Punctuality and promptness<br><br>- Energetic and positive attitude towards work<br><br>- Successfully create business from new and existing<br>customer accounts<br><br>- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level<br>executives<br><br>- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with<br>customers<br><br>- Ability to converse comfortably with clients on a regular<br>basis and being confident is important<br><br>- Commitment: our commitment as a business to our<br>clients is important, this means delivery time, as well as<br>quality assurance<br><br>- Speed &amp; Response time: Our field of work is catering to the break-down and service market wherein our response time plays a key role in winning any order. We typically respond to our clients within an hour or two at most.<br><br>- Willingness to learn new information is extremely<br>important, and it’s more important to retain and apply the same in day-to-day tasks.<br><br>Qualifications<br>- 2-5 years’ quota carrying sales experience<br>- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems<br>- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota<br>- Strong written and verbal communication skills
