You are an experienced Assistant Manager with a track record of creating excellent customer experience and exceeding your sales goals by developing high-performing teams with a strong passion for home furnishings. You will plan, monitor, and maximize retail budgets by focusing on sales & customer experience while acting as a positive role model to the sales team. You will be an inspirational leader and will play a key role in motivating and developing the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.</p><p>If you are looking for a fast-paced role where no two days are the same and wish to work alongside an inspirational and innovative teamβ¦ APPLY NOW!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with Showroom Manager in managing the showroom operations, coaching & developing team, merchandising, maximizing sales performance, and driving exceptional customer experience</li><li>Drive productivity and profitability of the showroom by analyzing, conversion rates, sales, UPT, ATV, customer database, in order to identify opportunities</li><li>Maintain high standards of visual merchandising in all areas of the shop floor as per the guidelines prescribed</li><li>Create a positive and self-driven environment for the team to deliver the best customer experience throughout the customer journey to promote brand loyalty</li><li>Report & analyze daily, weekly and monthly sales patterns, best sellers, sales by individual and propose actions, based on business trends, to enhance performance</li><li>Plan and coordinate in-store promotional events in collaboration with the Corporate office.</li><li>Accountable for training the team and new recruits on standard operating procedures ensuring all team members have a full understanding of processes and the potential impact on the business</li><li>Understand and report the trends in home furnishings in the region</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications & Experience: </strong></p><ul><li>Must have a bachelor’s degree with a proven track record in high-end/premium retail brands.</li><li>Overall retail experience of 10+ years and a minimum experience of 5-6 years as a Manager of a large format showroom.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills (both written & verbal)</li><li>Experience in preparing and analyzing reports and converting them to tangible action plans</li><li>Strong commercial and customer-oriented mindset</li><li>Computer literacy including use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint</li><li>Exceptional leadership skills and proven ability to manage large teams effectively</li><li>Commitment to quality with an eye for detail</li><li>A passion for luxury furniture & home furnishings will help you settle quickly into the role</li></ul>
