<p><span>Bin Yousef is looking for an experienced and versatile marketing manager </span>to promote our company’s brand and services.</p><p><br></p><p><span>The ideal candidate has experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. The manager should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing, and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company’s changing needs.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare and oversee the marketing budget across all brands/services. Work within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each brand or service.</li><li>Responsible for overall brand management and corporate identity (including developing & maintaining brand guidelines) </li><li>Develop and implement marketing strategies after thorough research and analysis of market trends, demographics, pricing, competitor products etc. </li><li>Promote brands through a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels – content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis etc.</li><li>Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications. </li><li>Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company and subdivision website.</li><li>Active tracking of web traffic data points and metrics</li><li>Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns</li><li>Presenting multi-platform marketing campaigns including paid search, SEO and PPC.</li><li>Overseeing the social media strategy for the company and subdivisions.</li><li>Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.</li><li>Managing the redesign of the company website and corporate identity</li><li>Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all marketing and advertising campaigns</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field</span></li><li><span>At least 8 years of experience in similar role</span></li><li><span>Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy</span></li><li><span>In-depth knowledge of marketing and business development strategies</span></li><li><span>Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns</span></li><li><span>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</span></li><li><span>Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills</span></li><li><span>Strong organizational and management skills</span></li><li><span>Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills</span></li></ul>
