<p>We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Organizational Development Manager to join our team. As the Organizational Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our organization’s performance, effectiveness, and employee engagement.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Develop and implement strategies and programs to improve organizational performance, effectiveness, and employee engagement.</p><p>• Design and execute talent development initiatives, including leadership development, succession planning, and performance management.</p><p>• Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement within the organization.</p><p>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver comprehensive training programs and workshops.</p><p>• Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.</p><p>• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of development programs and initiatives, providing regular feedback and recommendations for improvement.</p><p>• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and managers on effective performance management practices.</p><p>• Utilize data-driven insights and metrics to identify trends, measure progress, and make informed decisions.</p><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><p>• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. </p><p>• Proven experience as an Organizational Development Manager or in a similar role, handling organization’s and employees’ performance, effectiveness, and employee engagement.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of behavior competencies and experience applying them in an organizational context.</p><p>• Excellent understanding of performance management principles and best practices.</p><p>• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.</p><p></p>
