<p>You are responsible for the management of daily operation per specification. We are looking for a Food and Beverage Manager on behalf of our client (<strong>Coca-Cola)</strong> to join their management Team in the Middle East. </p><p><br></p><p> <strong><u>What You’ll Do For Us</u></strong></p><ul><li>Delegate responsibilities and appropriate authority to staff personnel to achieve maximum efficiency through proper use of skills, man-hours, machines, and equipment.</li><li>Provides leadership to grow and mentor staff and provide recognition, as appropriate.</li><li>Acts as the liaison between management and the workforce to maintain the highest possible level of employee/employer relationships.</li><li>Set standards and monitor staff performance, provide performance feedback, writes, and conducts appraisals for employees, recommend merit increases and promotions, holds the workforce accountable to policies and performance throughout the year.</li><li>Manages and organizes production operations to utilize skills and experience of the workforce to the best advantage.</li><li>Report and/or correct safety issues. Maintain proper safety conditions of equipment and surroundings</li><li>Perform quality inspections on materials and finished product. Quality checks to include, codes, seals and weights</li><li>If out of specification conditions are observed, notify responsible personnel and assist in resolution as appropriate</li><li>Follow procedures for Isolating hold product or defective material</li><li>Participation in training and qualifying associates, pre-shift meetings, team assignments and audits</li><li>Complete and accurately document all activities</li><li>Comply with all standard safety practices</li><li>Maintain proper safety conditions of equipment and surroundings</li><li>Assists with maintaining a safe work environment for the team and participates in our safety committee.</li><li>All other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Qualifications & Requirement</u></strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma required. Some advanced educational training is a plus (Associates, Certification, etc.)</li><li>2 (+) years of relevant work experience</li><li>Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel</li><li>Candidates must be detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills</li><li>Must be able to read, write, speak and comprehend English</li><li>Solid interpersonal and problem solving abilities</li><li>Must be able to multitask in a fast- paced, stressful environment with minimum supervision</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Technical Skills</u></strong></p><p>Business Etiquette: Ability to communicate with others, via telephone or in person, in a professional and helpful manner while simultaneously building credibility and rapport. This includes the ability to understand, be diplomatic and tactful, demonstrate appropriate behavior in social situations and maintain composure in negative circumstances in order to achieve results.</p>
