JASARA is seeking to hire an Integrated Control Center (ICC) Operations Manager for THE LINE. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading ICC operations, ensuring compliance with operational policies and procedures, and providing leadership to the ICC team. The candidate will also be required to drive operational efficiencies, identify process improvements, and manage the escalation of issues within the ICC.<p><br></p><ul><li>The role of the Integrated Control Centre (ICC) Operations Manager is to develop and implement control facilities, systems and personnel to monitor the end-to-end delivery of the project elements from design to completion through the lifecycle of the Line project. </li><li>The role of the ICC is respond to incident and accidents and to monitor planned and actual delivery of project plan / delivery elements. The control will actively monitor elements of design, work package delivery, logistics, plant, labour, materials and quality assurance in as near real-time as practicable from data capture systems and telemetry available. </li><li>The ICC Operations Manager will be responsible for the design and implementation of a world class control facility and supporting system to the appropriate ISO, contractual or local standards or policies. The facilities and systems will be designed to allow for substantial project growth and increased work flow. </li><li>The role of ICC Operations Manage will identify the best systems and technology and utilise artificial intelligence to performance trends to identify potential problems or areas for improvement that can then be investigated, and improvement plans implemented in collaboration with the ICC and each delivery team to continually improve performance and quality in delivery. </li><li>The ICC Operations Manage will need to work well under pressure and be able to communicate at all levels and well as develop new processes, facilities, systems and personnel in a fast-moving environment. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Lead ICC operations and ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures.</li><li>Manage the ICC team and provide leadership and guidance to team members.</li><li>Drive operational efficiencies within the ICC, identifying process improvements where needed.</li><li>Manage the escalation of issues within the ICC, ensuring timely resolution of issues.</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to support the successful delivery of integrated programs.</li><li>Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure the safety, health, and environmental (SHE) compliance of the ICC.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong> <ul><li> Proven track record: Minimum of 25 yearsβ experience of delivery across a wide range of industries. </li><li>The role will require to develop control solutions. Development of similar projects to the ICC including operating procedures, systems and facilities to the highest standards. The ability to rapidly establish and mentor highly skilled teams working in high pressure environments. </li><li> Ownership and initiative. The ability to take ownership and development of a relatively newly established organisation, systems, personnel and facilities. </li><li> Technical understanding. Demonstrate knowledge of the specific design standards, systems and technologies necessary to fulfil the responsibilities and tasks of the role. </li><li> User focus.
